So I was pretty sure I was going to get accepted but the surprise was that I’m a finalist for the Trustee and some other full tuition scholarships! I have to go up to USC for an overnight program to interview and stuff, though, and I can only attend the Feb. 28 - Mar. 1 session, so I guess I won’t be spending my last birthday at home, at home… the only perk is that I get to get my cake from 85c, again (third year in a row!). USC is far from my first choice, and I feel bad taking the place of someone who does consider it their first choice, but I would actually love to go to USC (I loved the tour) if I didn’t get into any of my east coast privates. I just really need the full ride, or else my parents won’t let me go…
